Browse the directory + New PREMIUM Membership

The Directory is LIVE!

I’m excited to share that the CollabStack Directory is officially ready for you to browse TODAY!

Here’s a few things to know about the directory:

• The directory has more than 70 entries covering 24 Substack categories—and more are coming! Everyone who submitted their form before January 20 is currently part of the directory, and anyone who submitted after that date will be added soon.

• The directory listings are broken down by category at the page embedded below. You’ll also find a tab for the directory in the top navigation menu on the CollabStack homepage.

• I provide some information on how to use/navigate the directory at the top of the directory page, so please read that over before you begin.

• I also created a guide on how to use the directory and make the most of it.

One Important Change to Note . . .

In the process of creating this directory and reading your submissions, I made one important change: I changed WHO can be a part of the directory. Originally, I had intended for it to only be a listing of publications/creators currently open to featuring other creators on their own publications through guests posts, interviews, profiles, etc.

Once I saw all of your submissions though, I realized I didn't make this clear. Also, many of you aren’t yet sure how you want to feature others on your own publications, but you’re still open to collaboration. For that reason, it seems only right that anyone open to collaboration on Substack in any form be included.

If this stopped you from joining the directory before, please apply to join us now!

Even if you aren’t featuring other creators on your publication right now, the important thing is that the relationships you build are reciprocal, meaning that you BOTH support each other in some way. This doesn’t have to be through swapping guest posts—you can always support other writers by recommending their publications or restacking their posts and Notes.

Introducing CollabStack Premium Membership!

I’m excited to offer new features and resources for those who want to make building successful collaborations a primary focus! You now have the opportunity to become a PREMIUM Member of CollabStack by becoming a paid subscriber.

Premium Membership currently includes:

• An enhanced Directory listing/profile where you can add:

  • A graphic or logo for your listing thumbnail & featured image (right now the default is the CollabStack Directory logo)

  • An audio or video file to introduce yourself to potential collaborators

• The opportunity to be listed at the top of Directory category listings (above the free member listings)

• The opportunity to have your collaborations featured and shared with all subscribers

• Exclusive Premium Member chat, where we can share our collaboration needs and learnings and showcase our successful collaborations. We’ll support one another’s collaboration efforts via restacks, liking, commenting, etc. You can also ask me questions and share your collaboration ideas for feedback.

• Discounted sponsorship opportunities (more on this coming soon)

As CollabStack grows and I learn more about all of you, I will continue to revise and add to these benefits. Here’s what I am wanting to add in the near future, as this community grows:

• A quarterly live workshop and/or networking call (to start in Q2) to help us all make meaningful connections and learn what it takes to create successful collaborations

• Special collaboration challenges or prompts

• Personal recommendations and collaboration matchmaking—I’ll get to know all Premium Members and help match you up with other creators who could be a good fit for collaboration

Premium Membership is currently priced at $8/month or $88/year. As I intend to add to the benefits over the next few months, this is the lowest the price will be for membership. I expect to raise it for Q2, so if you want to secure this price, I encourage you to jump in now.

The CollabStack Directory and monthly Call for Collaboration threads will remain FREE and open to all.
