Some parts of you were built to protect you — not carry you forever. This piece is for anyone in the thick of transition, learning to let go without guilt.

If you’ve been shedding old versions of yourself, silently, bravely, this one will speak directly to your becoming.

This is a poem responding to a recent speech from a politician during which he stated “autism destroys families.” As a mom of a beautiful autistic child, I couldn’t keep quiet on this one.

This is for anyone who has ever had to write something out of love, advocacy, anger, and mama bear rage all at once.

HI! This post is about navigating the uncertainty of taking a less traditional, creative career path. I talk about leaving nursing to pursue writing and how I've shifted my perspective along the way.

Helpful for anyone starting their own business or changing careers completely! 🦋

1. Topic: Religious trauma, intuitive healing, breaking ancestral patterns

2. Who this is for: women breaking free from high-control religious upbringings, especially those still wrestling with guilt or confusion around what healing is supposed to “look like.”

This is wayyyyyyy outside my world and normal orbit of interest, but I always love when people connect two things that I couldn't imagine being together (or three, if you include the picture of the kid from the Civil War). I used to edit a theology journal, and this kinda reminds me of a piece I edited that used tarot to explore Christian ideas of heavenly communication. Again, two things I didn't imagine as being together. Cool!

Many of these list items feel like they could be the beginnings of poems or are already poems! I especially loved "The coyote on the game camera looks like he could use a comb."

Hey, heeey, Collabers! Thanks for letting us take over the comments, Marcy.

Here's a post I wish would spread like wildfire because it's full of truths us human AF solopreneurs + small creators need to hear about keeping our dream alive and letting it evolve as the phases of our life + healing change. Here's the truth about the "pivot" no one glamorizes... looking for a founder, instead of being the founder!...

Crystals for Creativity - Green Aventurine

Hi! This is the first post in a series I plan to release about using crystals for creativity. This post discusses the stone Green Aventurine- heart healing, confidence, and leadership. There is a brief fiction piece at the top, and then I discuss the healing properties of the crystal, and I provide some creativity prompts.

Helpful for anyone interested in spirituality, meditation, crystal healing, witchy stuff, or anyone who would like some prompts for living a more creative life!

Wildlands is a creative revolution in healthcare- the art and science of healing.

I have many years in art, health and environmental work, a studio for creative projects and collaborative community projects, like habitat restoration, art in gardens for STEAM events, and public projects like native pollinator gardens next to food gardens in parks and schools. I work with flora and fauna for animals, nature and humans.

My work is growing and collabs are welcome.
